We ship across South Africa with The Courier Guy / Pudo — tracked and insured. Orders placed before 14:00 SAST are dispatched the same day from our South African base.

  • Door-to-door delivery — R99 flat, anywhere in South Africa.

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything that isn't right. Conditions:

  • Item unused, in its original condition and packaging.

What are the products made of?

Premium supplier blanks: double-walled stainless steel drinkware, structured embroidered caps, full-colour ceramic, and recycled-PET bottles. We pick build quality over the cheapest option, every time.

Will the print or embroidery last?

Yes. Caps are embroidered, mugs are full-wrap fired prints, and hard goods are printed or engraved using methods built to survive daily use and washing. No peeling vinyl.

Do the caps come in different sizes?

The cap is one-size with an adjustable closure that fits most adults. Drinkware, bags and sunglasses are one-size by nature — nothing to measure.

How do I care for my gear?

Mugs are dishwasher-safe (top rack for the printed wrap). Caps spot-clean best. Tumblers and bottles: hand-wash to protect the finish. Care notes ship with every order.

How fast is shipping in South Africa?
