Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of bafanavault.co.za and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Required disclosures under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2. Orders & acceptance
Adding an item to your cart and submitting the order is an offer to buy. A binding sale is formed only once we confirm the order by email and your payment has cleared via iKhokha. We may decline any order — for example if stock is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the payment.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by iKhokha (Apple Pay, card, instant EFT). We do not store your card details. Prices on the site at the time of order apply; we may correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Shipping & delivery
We dispatch within two working days of payment clearing. Delivery is by courier (Pudo locker or door-to-door) and typically takes 2–5 working days within South Africa. Free shipping on orders over R500. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.
5. Cooling-off & returns
Under ECTA s44, you may cancel an unused order within 7 working days of delivery without giving a reason, and we will refund the price paid for the goods (return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective). See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for how to lodge a return.
6. Quality & defects
Goods are sold subject to the implied warranty of quality under CPA s55–56: the goods must be of good quality, in working order, and free of defects. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 6 months and we will repair, replace, or refund per the CPA. Normal wear, misuse, or damage from incorrect care is not covered.
7. Availability
Stock is limited and shown subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full within 5 working days.
8. Intellectual property
The Bafana Vault name, logo, site content, photography, and product designs are owned by Bafana Vault. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on suppliers’ product pages remain the property of their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the CPA that cannot be limited by agreement.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We aim to resolve any complaint by email first. If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the National Consumer Commission. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
