Returns & Refunds

1. 7-day cooling-off (ECTA s44)

If you bought from this website and change your mind, you may cancel within 7 working days of receiving the item, no reason needed. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags. We refund the price of the goods; return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective or wrong.

2. Defective or unsafe goods (CPA s55–56)

If an item is defective, unsafe, or not as described, you have 6 months from delivery to return it. We will, at your choice, repair, replace, or refund — and we cover return shipping in this case. Defective means a material imperfection in the goods that makes them less acceptable than a reasonable buyer would expect.

3. Exchanges (size or colour)

Wrong size or just want a different colour? Email us within 30 days and we will swap it subject to stock. Return shipping for size/colour exchanges is at your cost; we cover the courier on the new item to you.

4. How to lodge a return

1. Email bafanavault@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason.
2. We reply within 1 working day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back via a tracked courier (Pudo, PostNet, The Courier Guy, etc.). Keep the tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund or exchange.

5. Refund timelines

Refunds are paid to the original payment method (via iKhokha) within 5 working days of us receiving and approving the return. Your bank may take a further 2–7 days to reflect it.

6. What we cannot refund

• Items returned after the 7-day cooling-off window (unless defective).
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without their original tags or packaging.
• Custom or personalised pieces made to your specification.
